General Journal Entry
To record the
transaction you can use the “General Journal Entry”. For this go to Task and select the option General
Journal Entry from the drop down list as shown below.
This is the default window
where you can record the transaction.
Date: Select the date on
which you want to record the transaction.
Reference: here
you need to give the reference in numbers.
GL Account: you
need to select the account that is going to be affected by the transaction.
Description:
Here you need to give the description of the transaction as shown below.
After filling
the data click the save button.
